New York City has more stores than anyone could physically tackle, but somehow we always keep returning to the usual suspects. To break out of the rut, we've asked some local shopping and fashion gurus to provide their hidden retail gems—those unique stores around our fantastic city that we might not all know about. Cue the Beatles: We're about to get a little help from our friends.

We first spotted designer/entrepreneur Victoria Sullivan when Refinery29 did a piece about her stunning Boerum Hill brownstone —and we were hooked. She's a resident of Brooklyn (by way of the UK) and spends her days running White Rabbit England, an online shop selling children's décor. Her favorite vintage source: Honey Moon, owner and operator of 1 of a Find Vintage.
Honey Moon has a shop called 1 of a Find Vintage and she has such great taste and a selection of goodies that range from party dresses to pieces that are both cool and original. She travels the globe to bring back incredible vintage labels which she cleans exceptionally well and sells at great prices. She also tells her customers the honest truth if the item suits you or not—she's a rare bird indeed! I have some gorgeous pieces from her including a Pierre Cardin handbag, a great Issey Miyake jacket, and other fab things that you won't see anyone else wearing.· White Rabbit England [Official Site]
