The vacant BP gas station garage on East Houston might soon get a retail tenant. The location currently has a sign posted out front that reads: "Prime Retail Space Available, Pop-Up Store." BP's owner, LargeVista Companies, adds on their website that they're looking for "a leading international brand to anchor an extraordinary flagship building" on the ground floor. So how much is a vacant garage in Soho worth nowadays? A city estimate puts it around a cool $1 million. [DNAinfo]
