Madison Avenue Spy recently popped into the DSW on 14th Street, and reports that it's currently stocked with Gucci shoes. She explains that even though DSW is advertising the markdowns as 40% off, she calculated "a much larger bite off the retail price for some styles."
She notes, however, that the shoes are reflective of Gucci's old styling, since the brand has updated its hardware and logo on current styles. (So, consider them vintage.) As far as pricing goes, there are monogrammed peep-toes for $270, flats and pumps for $299, summer loafers for $230, and leather flip-flops for $150. She adds that even though the selection is "a bit old," DSW is known to mark down quickly, so most likely, they'll soon be cheaper.
