Well that was fast. Bowery Boogie reports that TG-170's former home on Ludlow already has a new tenant after only two months since the store's shuttering. The location is now home to a "temporary project space," which they anticipate will most likely turn into a permanent gallery. If something about this feels familiar, remember that not too long ago Suite Orchard's former storefront on Orchard and Rivington was similarly replaced with a pop-up art and music venue.
