Cool French brand the Kooples is planning to open stores in New York and LA within the next few months. That's another one to add to the list of contemporary French labels that have descended on NYC over the past few years. Elle isn't sure where in the city they'll be opening, but our money is on Bleecker Street, home to countrymen Sandro, Maje, and Comptoir des Cotonniers. [Elle; Previously]
