Brazilian Blowout has agreed to settle a $4.5M class-action lawsuit filed by those that been "harmed by the product." Hopefully no one was harmed too much, because the compensation is small. The Times reports that the consumers involved would receive $35 for each treatment (up to three total) and stylists would receive $75 for each bottle of the product they bought. Also, the company is no longer allowed to market the product as "formaldehyde free," because well, it's not. [NYT]
