Tommy Hilfiger asked ten CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund nominees to see what they could do with the brand's trench coat. What's fascinating about the results is wildly diverse approaches taken by the different labels. Some, like Albertus Swanepoel and Prabal Gurung, took a basic trench and added embellishment. Some, like Creatures of the Wind and Ohne Titel, played with color and texture, adding plaid or studs. And others, like Monique Péan and Simon Spurr, remade the shape entirely.
Since this is the "Americans in Paris" collection, the coats are available in two stores, one in America and one in Paris. Here, you can find them at Tommy Hilfiger's Fifth Avenue flagship. Each one retails for $298.
