According to today's Post, H.W. Carter & Sons has signed for 2,400 square feet of industrial space on N. Sixth Street. H.W. Carter is a workwear brand out of Lebanon, New Hampshire. Like many Americana labels, it's a bit of a zombie; it was founded in 1859 but relaunched under the auspices of some menswear veterans, among them Greg Chapman, who helped launch the Perfecto brand for Schott. The collection includes working-man staples like rugged shirts and overalls, as well as carpenter aprons.
