Bowery, one of the many cats living in Lower East Side vegan stalwart Moo Shoes, has succumbed to kidney disease. There's a heartfelt tribute on the Moo Shoes blog that reads in part: "He was the toughest tough guy I had ever met, but this only made people want to love him more. He was totally irresistible.
