Rothmans has recently relocated, and Jon Caramanica stopped by to check it out. He describes it as such: "The new Rothmans, in a space that once housed an Exchange Buffet cafeteria, improves on the old in many ways. The space is grander and more inviting, with huge, almost uncomfortably sized windows facing the street." However, it wasn't all smiles and preppy blazers: "And then there were the outright disasters, like ... a lavender washed-linen Toscano shirt ($85) that looked at if it had just washed ashore after a trans-Pacific voyage."
