Fashionista hears that former French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld's new magazine will be based in New York. It's reportedly being published by the Visionaire media group, which also produces Visionaire magazine, V, and V Man. Carine has two children in the city, and she's been doing a lot of styling for V recently, so this all seems to add up. [Fashionista]
