Jessie Randall is the designer behind CFDA-winning editor favorite Loeffler Randall. You can find her feminine but unfussy shoe line at stores like Bird, Intermix, and Pas de Deux. Here's her bodega story:
We started LR in our garden apartment in Cobble Hill. Back then there was a gourmet deli that we called "the Frenchman" which was not its real name. It was just beside Cobble Hill Park. I loved going there for egg and cheese sandwiches—the best I've ever tasted. I still dream about those sandwiches even though the deli is closed.
Now my go-to deli is a place called Dolce Vita in Park Slope. My son Liam peed directly on their floor one time, like a LOT of pee and they were so completely lovely about it. I would be freaking out if it happened but they were so sweet. Maybe kids with toilet training accidents is something you have to get used to in Park Slope.· Chris Benz Always Runs into Other Fashion People at His Bodega [Racked NY]
