Russian shoe czar Ilya Reznik and his fashion-loving alter ego Carlo Pazolini rolled out the red carpet at 543 Broadway on Wednesday night, kicking off the latest round of Fashion Week festivities. The new-ish boutique pumped out thumping bass that bounced off the cast iron, loud enough to knock a girl off her heels. But even a steady drizzle of sleety rain couldn't keep the platforms away. Out front, black town cars angled for space with a fleet of Pazolini stamped Fiat 500s. Soho locals, now might be the time to seal up the windows or take a quick trip out of town.
