Well, that was fast. At 9:45am, there were about 30 people queued up outside of Topshop for the launch of their collection with hot young London-based designer Mary Katrantzou. At 10am, the store started letting people in "in a slow trickle," according to Twitter tipster @kavbojka. And by the time she entered the store, around 10:15, the dresses were totally gone, though there were a few floral tops and leggings left.
Since shoppers were only allowed to pick up one item each, the store must not have had a ton of stock. Still, we're pretty sure this is some sort of designer collab record. Another Twitterer, @SaaniehMirza, was only slightly exaggerating when she wrote, "Mary Katrantzou x Topshop sold out in 30seconds!"
