THE GARMENT DISTRICT—Looks like that Nanette Lepore and RomyGold sale isn't quite over at Clothingline. The sample sale site's newsletter today announced price reductions and new merchandise for both brands, with Nanette's separates going for $35 to $40 and RomyGold's bags now 20% off if you buy two or more. NEW YORK CITY—The Real Deal has compiled a list of the biggest retail leases in town over the past year. Century 21's lease at 22 Cortland Street in the Financial District comes in at #2, with Macy's and Burlington Coat Factory scoring at #1 and #3 respectively for leases in the Bronx.
