Rumor has it that Tory Burch might sue her ex-husband Christopher Burch over his lookalike C. Wonder concept. Women's Wear hears that both New York magazine and the New York Post were planning stories on the potential legal fight, although now it looks like the Post has dropped the idea. Meanwhile, a spokeswoman for Tory Burch says no legal papers have yet been filed. [WWD]
