Next week, Alexander Wang is launching his new lifestyle collection, OBJECTS, both online and in his Soho store. The eight-piece line consists of sleek little home goods like mock croc coasters and smoked glass ashtrays, but according to Style.com, the hottest get is "a blackened steel bike chain with a mock croc-covered brass lock." Prices range from $29 to $150, though lucky front-row guests at Wang's Saturday show will take home the line for free.
Why start with the little things? Wang explained to Style.com that he's working up to bigger fare: "If I can't start with a couch, at least I can start with a coaster." That should offer a glimmer of hope to anyone who's dying to take home a fox fur hammock of their very own.
