To celebrate his 20th anniversary, Christian Louboutin has created a capsule collection inspired by iconic themes from the past two decades that's now available at Bergdorf Goodman. The designer celebrated the shoes yesterday at an in-store appearance, but he's not the only one getting in on the action. Selected Parsons alumni were chosen by Louboutin and Bergdorf's Linda Fargo from a pool of 20 contestants, and the winning five have created looks inspired by—what else—the amazing shoes.
The Parsons' looks will be on view on Bergdorf's main floor from February 2nd to February 8th. Simon Collins, dean of the School of Fashion at Parsons, explains: "We're huge fans of Christian Louboutin and it's a dream of our alumni to see their work in Bergdorf Goodman, so this partnership made great sense." Check out the design sketches in our gallery above.
