Today, Sperry Top-Sider opened up its first stand-alone store in NYC on Fifth Avenue at 18th Street, and The Cut popped in to take a look around. One thing that makes the shop so interesting is that customers can actually grab the shoes they want to try on themselves from an open stockroom in the back, rather than bugging (or dealing with) a salesperson. Another thing that makes it so interesting: These rose gold and platinum boat shoes to the right. [The Cut]
