MEATPACKING—Set your alarms: Scoop's Ultimate Closet Clean-Out Sale begins tomorrow at the company's Meatpacking store at 430 West 14th Street. This, we've been told, is the same thing as the Warehouse sale, and we've also been told to get there early for the best selection, since the doors open at 9am. Merchandise will be 50% off the lowest ticketed price, which means goods from DVF, 3.1 Philip Lim, Rag and Bone and more will be up to 80% 90% off. (Update: We've just gotten word from Scoop that the discounts will be up to 90% off. Happy shopping!) [RackedWire]
EVERYWHERE—Facebook campaign What's Your Nude is urging bra wearers everywhere to "Email YOUR bra-maker and ask for BROWN bras!!" The appeal comes from a woman named Tara Raines, who is tired of only being able to shop for white, black, or nude bras that aren't actually "nude" for most people, since not everyone's skin color is that specific shade of buff. She argues: "What better way to kick off African American History month than to 'support' African American Women?!" [Racked National]
