According to today's Women's Wear Daily, Comme des Garçons has officially revealed the location for its Dover Street Market. Back in June, designer Rei Kawakubo's husband and business partner Adrian Joffe said the team wanted to pick a neighborhood "where there are no other fashion stores so that we can give a totally new identity and hence transform the area." So which part of town is getting a makeover? 30th and Lexington, apparently.

Joffe told WWD that the store, which carries a range of CDG-approved labels, will open at 160 Lexington Avenue. Built in 1909, the building has a history in education—it's housed both Touro College and the New York School of Applied Design for Women. Dover Street Market will open its seven-floor location there in December 2013.
