Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
SOHO—From 2pm to 5pm on Saturday, the online retailer Shoptiques will set up a pop-up shop on Broadway in Soho, where it'll sell merchandise from local NYC and Brooklyn boutiques. (Including Callalilai, Baci, Urban Alchemist, and more.) In addition to the clothes and accessories, the event will also include complimentary massages from Exhale Spa, free manicures, a gift with purchase, and a holiday photo booth. The event is technically invite-only, but mention Racked at the door and you'll be ushered right through. [RackedWire]
MIDTOWN WEST—If you haven't made it over to the Parker sample sale yet, that's OK—prices will be slashed tomorrow, which makes that the best time to go. Tops will be $40, silk dresses will be $60, beading will be $80, and all leather items will be $100. [RackedWire]
MIDTOWN WEST—The Manolo Blahnik sale may be over, but the memory of this woman's exceptional line delegating skills will live forever. [WreakHavocNY]
