Plans for the retail complex headed for Admiral's Row are slowly moving along. Our sister site reports that the Brooklyn Navy Yard has selected a developer for the project, which will include a large supermarket and other stores and restaurants. All in all, the head of the Blumenfeld Development Group says it's "really a suburban shopping center." [Curbed NY]
