Socially-minded menswear label Apolis Global has set up camp on the second floor of Williamsburg men's shop Hickoree's Floor Two. The pop-up, which popped in late November, carries classic men's clothing and accessories, including cold weather appropriate gear like scarves and winter caps and leather goods, manufactured in collaboration with local craftspeople around the world.
The Apolis Nomad Market will also feature photo and video essays from the communities with which Apolis Global collaborates (in the past, Apolis Global has collaborated with craftspeople and manufacturers in Honduras, Peru, Uganda, India, and Nepal). So if you'd like some market-based global philanthropy with your holiday shopping and want to kill two birds with one small-batch, locally-sourced stone, head over to Hickoree's. The store will be open through the holidays until the end of December.
