Alexander Olch's Pop-Up Includes Archival Pieces and Drinks

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Alexander Olch has just opened a men's accessories pop-up shop at 77 Delancey, which should serve as your go-to spot for ties and other giftable items through the end of March. The store carries the brand's full assortment of neckties, bow ties, scarves, suspenders, belts, and other odds-and-ends, including merchandise from the latest collection. If you're looking for something with more history, though, there will also be archival pieces that date back up to ten years.

And since it's located right next door to Grey Lady, each day the pop-up shop and the bar will collaborate on coordinating cocktails. For example, they both recommend eggnog to go with a nice winter plaid. Each day, the drinks will be posted on the brand's Twitter, so you can suss out the best day to swing by depending on your alcohol preferences.
