The Christian Louboutin sample sale was originally slated for November 5th, but it was rescheduled after Hurricane Sandy with a few changes. According to Madison Avenue Spy, the sale opened yesterday to those with VIP appointments, and on Monday, those with regular old invites will be allowed in. (And then of course, those without invites will probably be told that the sale isn't happening at all.)
Madison Avenue Spy made it inside, and reports that "the sale is currently well stocked with a assortment of red sole shoes from various seasons including current boot styles." Shoes start around $250 and most run up to $500, with some party shoes going for $900. As for accessories, box clutches are going for $100 and larger hobos are $200.
Thinking of stopping by next week? Unfortunately, it's a little too late to befriend a Louboutin employee for an invite, but there's always the option of queuing up outside and hoping for the best.
