Downtown, sex toy shop Babeland is encouraging people to vote by handing out vibrators. Uptown, they've taken a slightly more refined approach. Newish Madison Avenue jewelry boutique Dodo has decorated its windows with a cute red elephant and blue donkey to remind people to get to the polls. The whimsical little sister brand to Milan's Pomellato, Dodo also sells elephant and donkey charms. The elephant stands for "Don't forget me" and the donkey means "Stubbornly yours," so they've got romantic messages to offer regardless of who wins tonight.
