Public stunt group Improv Everywhere got about a hundred people to wait outside a dollar store on Black Friday, and our sister site has the video. The crowd gathered on the sidewalk with sleeping bags and tents in order to make it look like they'd been sleeping outside all night, then rushed into the store when it opened. Meanwhile, a faux anchorwoman asked innocent bystanders what they thought of the commotion.
Click through to watch the interviewees try their best not to judge their fellow Manhattanhites in pursuit of a bargain. As one guy diplomatically put it, "If it's 60% off, that's fantastic, but you're saving 60 cents, right?"
