Today, Aritzia will open the doors to its largest store yet: a massive flagship on Fifth Avenue. The store joins the Canadian retailer's other Manhattan location in Soho, though you'll find that the decor inside is completely different. According to a press release, the design concept of the new store "revolves around a metaphysical theme inspired by natural phenomena."
Once inside, you'll immediately find an installation of giant mushrooms that were each hand carved from cherry wood. One of them is 30 feet tall, sprouts from the lower level of the store, and acts as a canopy over the lounge on the upper level. As for the merchandise, expect the same lines the Soho store carries, which include Wilfred, Wilfred Free, Le Fou, and T.Babaton, all of which are exclusive to Aritzia.
