Macy's, like Lord & Taylor is firmly in the camp of traditional holiday windows—no Minnie Mouse in Lanvin here. At the unveiling last Thursday night, crowds were serenaded by performers from the new Broadway musical "Elf" before the show's star, Wayne "Newman" Knight, flipped a switch to reveal the displays. Also performing: "Annie" actress Taylor Richardson, who sang a song from a musical Macy's has developed for schools around the country. Overall, it was very Glee.

As for the windows themselves, their theme is "The Magic of Christmas," and they're animated. Check them out in the gallery above.
