Fashion Girls for Japan appeared after 2011's tsunami and quickly became a fashion-based philanthropic powerhouse, raising $400,000 for good causes over the last two years. In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, the group has rebranded itself Fashion Girls for Humanity, and next week, it will host a disaster relief fundraiser at the Bowery Hotel.
Five bucks gets you access to discounted merchandise from over 100 labels, from Alexander McQueen to Zero + Maria Cornejo, and for $50, you can shop for an hour before the crowds show up. The sale runs November 27 and 28, at 4 E. 3rd Street, with general admission starting at noon on Tuesday and 11am on Wednesday. Head here for tickets, or check out the merchandise at last year's two sales.
