If you didn't get enough lingerie at the Hanky Panky sale earlier this week, head downtown for big markdowns on sexy duds from Araks. The brand is hosting a one-day only sale at 137 Grand Street in Soho, where luxe thongs are priced as low as five bucks.
The sale is a near repeat of the last spring's, only smaller and with additional markdowns of up to 50% off. The two racks of ready-to-wear are definitely not as exciting as they were in May, but there are still some gems, like a few buttery cashmere sweaters for $100 and a mod faux-leather dress for $250.
Discounts on the two racks of lingerie aren't quite as deep, but they certainly help. Silk and cotton chemises are marked as low as $30. Bras still hover above the $50 mark, but bralettes stay under that price.
In the bins, you'll find printed thongs, panties, and boyshorts for $5, solid-colored washed silk G-strings for $10, and lace chemises for $15. There's also one bin of swimwear for $20, but it looked like it was size large only.
With prices like this, we imagine that even a small crowd at the sale will wipe out the best inventory, so we'd recommend you stop by earlier than later if you want to get your hands on the goods. For all the info, consult the dealfeed.
