Earlier this week, the new Pucci flagship debuted on Madison Avenue with a window display that's hard to miss. Included in it are a set of lips and an eye, inspired by Pucci muse and model Amber Valletta. Peter Dundas, the brand's designer, talked to the Times about the display, and explained, "I love mouths. They are one my favorite parts of the body." (No word on how he feels about eyes, though.)
The interior of the store was modeled after the Palazzo Pucci in Florence, and includes a purple velvet couch, plenty of brass-trimme moldings, and according to WWD, a "subtle ode to the house prints" in the form of a two-tone crushed marble floor.
