The Southern California-based denim brand Civilianaire has just signed a lease for a store on the corner of East Houston and Mott Street. The brand is currently sold at Brooklyn Denim Co, Jean Shop, and Scoop, but the Nolita boutique will be its first stand-alone store on the East Coast—and its very first outside of California.
The Commercial Observer reports that the shop is expected to open in three months, though no official date has been scheduled. When it does arrive, expect to find more than just jeans inside: The brand also specializes in twills, knits, and other shirts for both men and women.
