Even a City-Wide Blackout Can't Keep French Tourists from Soho

No one should be surprised to hear that Soho was fairly desolate this morning, several days post-hurricane. But Jeremiah Budin (of our sibling site Curbed) did find some life among the closed-up luxury stores. A group of French tourists were hoofing past the American Apparel on Prince Street, proving that not even a natural disaster can keep European visitors out of Soho. Here's hoping they stopped at OMG Jeans, which was not only open (miraculous enough) but actually having a 50% off sale.
