Urban Outfitters Is Up and Running in Brooklyn

While most of the city's Urban Outfitters seem, understandably, to be taking the day off, the Atlantic Avenue location opened at noon today. A note on the door explains that the dressing rooms are out of commission due to weather damage, but the store is offering returns with a full refund within 30 days. As of this afternoon, the entrance boasted a reasonably large crowd of shoppers—certainly more than on your average Tuesday.
