It's official: Mizhattan reports that the invitations to the Manolo Blahnik sample sale have been sent out. The sale will take place at the Warwick Hotel, as usual, on November 6th and November 7th. Don't forget that the 6th just so happens to be the same day as the Alexander Wang sale, and of course, Election Day. Plan accordingly. Update: Due to Hurricane Sandy, the sale has been postponed.
