What's Left (And What's Not) at the YSL Sample Sale

This afternoon, we headed over to the YSL sample sale to take a look at what's left before the sale closes tomorrow evening. Around noon, it only took thirty minutes to get in the building, and by 2pm, the line was less than ten people long—just a small fraction of the shoppers that were lined up this morning.

The sale still boasts a good selection of bags and accessories, including clutches and Y-Mail totes in various sizes. However, bags are now limited to five per person, and the Muse selection was slim. As for the shoes, women with larger feet can rejoice, as there are still plenty of options there. Smaller sizes, on the other hand, will have less luck. While there, we did spot plenty of nude Tributes and metallic-trim Tributes, and lots of the Maryna flower print wedges.

The accessories table is still full of swimwear, scarves, necklaces, earrings, and interchangeable Roady bag handles. Unfortunately, there are only three pairs of sunglasses left, and only four pairs of men's shoes. Belts, on the other hand, were a little more plentiful, with two styles left and roughly thirty individual belts to choose from.

The ready-to-wear section has been stripped of anything notable, with the exception of a few standout dresses and cheetah-print silk satin jumpsuits, marked down from $2,525 to $1,269. Sadly, all the fur and leather items were swept up this morning, and the staff warned that clothing would not be restocked. While you're there, though, poke through the racks for the elusive $50 tags.
