Wondering why there's a campsite erected in Times Square today? Oh, that's just Sears, celebrating the launch of Outdoor Life, a private menswear brand it recently launched in over 800 locations. WWD reports that the line specializes in casual sportswear and performance clothing, along with apparel for hunting and fishing.
Which brings us back to that campsite. It'll be there until 5pm today, and if you happen to swing by before 4:30, you can might meet someone from Twilight who's not Robert Pattinson or Kellan Lutz. (It's actor Peter Facinelli, who's arguably a little more outdoorsy looking than Pattinson, though slightly less beefy than Lutz.) Sear's chief marketing officer explains that Facinelli's not the face of the brand, but he'll be there "because of his interest in preserving outdoor space." We'll take it.
