The American Apparel warehouse sale has been extended through next Wednesday, but is it really still worth the trip? A high-level Racked informant says yes. As of 2pm yesterday, the selection was decent and relatively well-organized, and the space was fairly empty. Writes our tipster, "I'd say the only part of the store where I had to shove past people were the faux-wrap dresses and tops."
Just two notes of caution: Beware of missing labels. Many of the size tags have fallen off the hangers, so you have to guess whether items will fit. Also, yesterday afternoon the elevator was broken. But since the sale is on the second floor, that's not an enormous hardship.
