Kmart and Sophomore to Tackle #FashionWeekProblems

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Here's an unlikely collab: NYC brand Sophomore has teamed up with Kmart to solve all of your Fashion Week problems. The pair have created the above T-shirt, which will be available exclusively as a gift with purchase at Sophomore's boutique (that's shared with Lindsey Thornburg) at 143 Ludlow Street. Sophomore's Chrissie Miller explains, "I've been a fan of the store since I was a little girl growing up in NYC. It's such a heritage brand and still a place I go to to find classic basics which I can build into my everyday look."

Best yet, Kmart once again is offering their Fashion Week concierge service to assist with such issues as ripped tights, broken heels, and other inevitable mishaps. When you find yourself in such dire straits, tweet @KmartFashion your #FashionWeekProblems, and if you're one of the chosen, they'll come running with nail polish, mineral water, whatever. It has to be something that Kmart sells, so don't think you can tweet them when you can't find a cab. The service will be available from February 8th through the 16th, so compile your list of grievances now.
