Hey Céline fiends: You can now get your fix of chic French sportswear and accessories on Madison Avenue. We stopped by today and were greeted by the smell of brand new leather, as well as a salesperson who confirmed the store officially opened its doors as of yesterday. The Madison Avenue location (on the same block as Ladurée) is the luxury brand's only free-standing store in New York, and is quite impressive, with sleek decor, high ceilings, and bright lighting. We saw one shopper leave with six large carrier bags, but don't fret, there are many more trapeze bags and separates to go around.
