BRYANT PARK—Marc Jacobs isn't the only one renovating his showroom these days. Above is the rendering for Oscar de la Renta's new flagship showroom, which overlooks the park along with the company's offices. Aragon Construction plans to complete the project sometime this winter, uniting all of the brand's fashion operations in one 37,000-square-foot space. [RackedWire]
