The Forever 21 at 693 Fifth Avenue was only supposed to stay open for six months, but alas, over a year later it's still standing. Today, the Post reports that the space is getting less and less temporary by the second, as the mega chain has just announced that it's acquired a one-year extension on the lease.

So, do you know what that means? More $12.80 cardigans for everyone! And by everyone, we mean as many people that can possibly cram into six floors of "club" dresses.
