Le Parker Meridien Will Add a $4 Million Beauty Floor

Pretty soon, Le Parker Meridien's lobby will be known for more than just $1000 omelettes and a hidden burger joint called Burger Joint. Next month, the midtown hotel will unveil a 20,000-square-foot beauty space on its lower level, where the gym is now. Amenities at the new spot include affordable blow-outs from Drybar, manicures and pedicures from beloved Tribeca nail salon Tenoverten, and snacks from the Petit Bluedog Café. The hotel is also set to debut its first spa, Moonshine.

Somehow, despite all the additions, the hotel's gym isn't going anywhere—just being reconfigured to make room for all the newcomers. The current barber shop, Sharp's, should stick around as well.
