Back in mid-August, New York Times critic Cathy Horyn argued that Fashion's Night Out had outlived its usefulness. When it started three years ago it was supposed to boost the economy, she said, but now it's just a logistical pain in the ass, both for retailers and shoppers. So here's our question: Do you agree?
