The chaos that normally afflicts Fashion's Night Out events was the last thing anyone would expect to encounter at the laid-back Billy Reid party last night, which was held at his Bond Street store. But even the southern-bred designer's relaxed celebration wasn't safe from a wave of FNO pandemonium.

We heard that downstairs patrons were disrupting the rustic decor and even ingesting some of it (the store features sets of fruit for display purposes) as well as assuming clothing was free for the taking. These inebriated revelers were no longer at the party by the time we arrived, but they did leave key evidence behind in the form of apple cores in the beer bins and disheveled stacks of t-shirts.

The otherwise smooth-running party featured beer and whiskey for attendees as well as several performances by folk musicians such as Browns Ferry and Justin Townes Earle (who is said to be one of the true vocalists of HBO's Boardwalk Empire). Billy Reid was in attendance at the event throughout the night, and casually mingled with patrons as the party went on. —Payton Wang
