Australian chain Gasp has received global attention for refusing to apologize to an offended customer. Keara O'Neill, a US size 8, wrote the chain to complain about a sales associate who mocked her weight. The boutique's response? "Chris whom [sic] served you is a qualified stylist whom [sic] has a sixth sense for fashion, and Chris's only problem is that he is too good at what he does." The manager who wrote the letter went on to suggest that maybe Gasp is just too fashion-forward for O'Neill. [NYDN]
