Paris-based luxury fragrance company Creed has recently received some very nice letters complimenting them on their Royal-Oud fragrance. And those letters were written by President Bill Clinton and President George H.W. Bush. Random? Well, the fragrance does more than just smell nice (it has "rare, hypnotic, sumptuous oud," according to the brand's website): Part of the proceeds benefit children's health in India, via the organization Global Giving.

President Clinton's letter included: "I'm delighted to know that the proceeds will benefit children's health in India," but President Bush's is a little more personal. In his, he says: "I look forward to using the fragrance." If you're interested in what it looks like when our country's former presidents muse about perfumes, the letters are now on display in the archives at Creed at 794 Madison Avenue.
