Species by the Thousands is stocked by local stores like Oak and Catbird, and designer Erica Bradbury has a collaboration with Urban Outfitters, but until now, the Williamsburg-based jewelry line hasn't had a home of its own. That's about to change, at least temporarily, when Species pops up inside Treehouse, a boutique off the Graham stop in Williamsburg.
The pop-up opens at the beginning of October and stays in place until January. Called "Species by the Trees," it will carry jewelry, housewares, and limited-edition sweatshirts and stationery by Bradbury, as well as pieces by other local designers, including Siri Wilson of jewelry line Sirius Lux and clothing line Sirius. Wilson and Bradbury are also teaming up on woods-scented soy candles, a moon and space jewelry collection, and because no Williamsburg home would be complete without one, a wolf-head breast plate.
